Transaction types in one shared engine

(01) The problem

Legacy .NET and SOAP-based systems had fragmented folio-level logins, outdated user experiences, and inefficient transaction workflows that hindered customer acquisition and operational clarity.

(02) What I did
  1. 01

    Owned the Distributor portal, where most of the fund's traffic lives.

  2. 02

    Designed and built the shared Transactions module: Invest, Redeem, Switch, STP, SWP, Power SIP, Pause SIP, mandates and bulk transact, used by both portals.

  3. 03

    Implemented PAN-based unified login, replacing fragmented folio-level logins.

  4. 04

    Contributed to mobile app redesign and Flutter development.

  5. 05

    Built an AI chatbot using LangGraph.

(03) The result

Delivered a modern, more secure investment platform that improved the transaction experience, supported increased customer acquisition and daily transaction activity, enhanced operational visibility, and earned strong appreciation from the Mahindra Manulife team in Singapore.
